I often get called out as a wedding photographer to all sorts of locations, the wedding I am going to tell you about is an RAF wedding, which was very impressive, the ceremony took place at a delightful church All Saints Church in Clive a village not far from Shrewsbury, around 115 guests, the church is lovely set on a hill, what made this a little bit more special was the guard of honour, a lot of people attended from RAF Shawbury not a million miles away.
This wedding was a wedding photoraphers dream as there were many great shots to be had with the guys dressed in full RAF uniforms with swords, it was almost like a press frenzy when the couple came out of the church everyone trying to catch the guard of honour and the confetti, I think I captured the moment beautifully, but I will let you decide after visiting whitfield wedding photography site. After the wedding the couple had a marquee in a friend's house in Loppington village, the house was beautiful and the gardens amazing. Charlie supplied the marquee and his team had done a great job rigging it. What I like about this wedding was that the bride's mother had done a lot of work filling old wellington boots with beautiful flowers and these were set at the entrance of the marquee, along with other little details, little signs hand painted and placed in flower beds pointing guests to the champagne reception which was held in a separate garden, and hand painted signs that hung over the bride and grooms chair. I love this sort of detail as these sorts of shots can be used a drop in shots in a wedding album. For the evening reception the RAF guys changed into another military outfit, which again made the shots a lot more different.
"Thank you for all your hard work, were so pleased with the wedding pictures, and so many, it's going to be hard choosing for our wedding album. Thank you so much. Nick & Georgie.
